This is a great windmill, but it's a little tricky to get used to. I had more flour on the counter and floor than in the bin - and on more than one occasion! At first start it jumps! Luckily she didn't jump off the counter but instead weakened the connection between the mill and the flour bin and with it the flour on the counter. Lots of flour on the counter and everything on the counter. But it grinds wheat berries in seconds! It's very fast - that's why I bought it. I can get used to its bouncing, but I couldn't get used to the first grinder I bought which took forever to grind two cups of wheat.
