Okay I'll just post it. I'm rarely impressed these days. but this is the best hair dryer I've ever had and I've lived half a century! So I was fully prepared that this hair dryer would become just another hyped product that didn't work as advertised and I would most likely have to return it. Well I am very happy to say that I am impressed with this hair dryer! This little beauty is exactly what I was looking for! The hair dryer is light and doesn't hurt my hands or arms when I hold it and it's powerful! It usually takes my hair at least 1/2 hour to dry and even then it's still damp. With this dryer it went from towel dry to completely dry and feeling like silk in less than 10 minutes! It has a button that switches the air from cold to hot or vice versa without holding the button down. Just press and release and the air temperature will change. The kit also includes 3 nozzles that are attached to the head and will not fall out during use. Finally, it has an ACLI surge protection plug and an integrated nylon velcro strap to keep the cord rolled up when not in use! I am so excited about this dryer that I am going to buy another one for my granddaughter! If I could give 10 stars I would!
