Excellent system with good sound quality, but there are some disadvantages: 1) Dolby or other sound settings cannot always be used. It is intended to determine how it is sent and allow you to change it. However, sometimes our broadcast talks about Dolby and doesn't let you select that option. It worked with a movie we were watching, but the problem is with regular TV shows. 2) You cannot use the sound options if you select the whole room stereo option and you cannot use the speaker. There are also no level settings. 3) There is sometimes no sound when you turn the TV off and on again. This requires you to "rewire" the system frequently. 4) Tech support says it's available 24/7, but it's not. He offers an FAQ section on his website, but only wants to speak to one person at certain times. And Revain Tech Support couldn't help us with our initial setup issue. 5) The phone app for volume and settings is a pain in the ass. Sometimes this forces you to reconfigure the system over and over again just to get to the settings options. It's impossible to avoid. We'll just have to play around with it a little more to figure out how to tune it to reach its best maximum potential without being a techie. Is it worth $1000. not really. It's an improvement over some of those on the market today and certainly better than the soundbar. I would estimate the price to be between $699 and $799. I think you're paying too much for it to be wireless, but each element requires a separate outlet. This works fine for me in my setup but may not work for others. If anyone can share some sound and speaker setup suggestions I'd love to read them. My rating is 4 because it's not as perfect or basic as you expect from the product rating.
