Happy customer! Best of speakers

Our CineHome II came with defective front left and right speakers. I've tried following the troubleshooting steps to no avail. As I work in the service industry, I expected to receive support for several weeks. And vice versa! Enclave worked with me from the moment I called them (last minute on a Friday) through the weekend to the moment my speakers lay in and were replaced the following week. I cannot put into words how happy my family is with this product. For 10 years prior to this update…

Amazing sound without acoustic cables

This audio system is perfect for us and our house. The product arrived 2 days early and as both my wife and I are not techies we were careful with the setup. I read it and really thought about it again. In no time, less than an hour, our room turned into a theater. SERIOUS. Wow. Full Wireless NO, you do not have to connect every device to a socket or multiple socket. Because our house was built by an electrician, we had plenty of outlets without extension cords. Just plug them in, turn them on,

Wow! I am impressed!

The system is excellent! Easy to unbox and set up, in addition to being able to connect via Bluetooth (details later*). Make sure your smart TV is set up to use the eARC port from your TV to the Cinehome II hub and that an HDMI cable is connected from THAT port to the hub. My TV's REQUIRED setting was HDMI-CEC Device Control "Display". Make sure it's enabled. Turn on the hub and make sure all speakers are solid blue. Open the YouTube video "www.youtube.com/watch?v=3VZFpwlXKpg" on your TV to…

Amazing home theater system

I have had two 5.1 surround sound home theater systems in the last 20 years. In general, they were worthy. My last one broke when the internal DVD crashed and damaged some of the circuitry in the receiver box. I was fed up with running speaker wire, so I researched wireless systems. Enclave's Cinehome II was the best and I was not disappointed. Unlike some, it comes in a box rather than in pieces. Setup takes about 10 minutes, and the wireless connection allows for more flexibility as it can be

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Some flaws

I was excited to get a set of wireless surround speakers because of the hassle of wiring relocate. I tried two soundbars, but they just couldn't overcome the noise of the air conditioning in my apartment (loud). In any case. Good: Each speaker has its own amplifier; no central repeater/receiver needed, just a wireless hub. Setup was easy: unpack, place speakers, place hub, plug everything in, then start the syncing process with the app on your phone. The application allows you to estimate the…

Bad Product / Bad Customer Service

The product was well packaged and when it worked it was great. That's the only positive thing I can say about this product/company. There were a few setup issues, although I'm technically savvy. I had no trouble setting up everything I have. This system was supposed to be plug and play, but in my case it wasn't. The only issues were receiving audio in PCM format, Bluetooth wouldn't connect, and the audio cut out every five minutes while watching. The system doesn't come with a remote control so

Good sound quality, has its disadvantages

Excellent system with good sound quality, but there are some disadvantages: 1) Dolby or other sound settings cannot always be used. It is intended to determine how it is sent and allow you to change it. However, sometimes our broadcast talks about Dolby and doesn't let you select that option. It worked with a movie we were watching, but the problem is with regular TV shows. 2) You cannot use the sound options if you select the whole room stereo option and you cannot use the speaker. There are…

Subtle, Realistic Surround Sound

I'm not an engineer or techie, but I put this thing together in about 20 minutes. No fuss, no fuss. I didn't want the wires from the screen to the chair to run across the floor, I got it. I wanted a good sound, not obtrusive, I got it. I can make the roof vibrate, and sometimes I do that at concerts. You hear Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5 and float away, gently caressed by clouds of sound. Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) - Ferry scene. Web is a great character for testing volumetric effects…
