The product was well packaged and when it worked it was great. That's the only positive thing I can say about this product/company. There were a few setup issues, although I'm technically savvy. I had no trouble setting up everything I have. This system was supposed to be plug and play, but in my case it wasn't. The only issues were receiving audio in PCM format, Bluetooth wouldn't connect, and the audio cut out every five minutes while watching. The system doesn't come with a remote control so you'll need to use their app. The app often crashes and freezes. I contacted customer service and they sent me a remote that was good before the unit was sent to me. Your tech support is rude and impolite. They were unable to resolve one of my issues and referred me to my TV manufacturer. After calling the manufacturer to no avail, I emailed tech support again. I received a very rude email blaming me and the installation for the problems. They had a CTO/owner calling me to troubleshoot. He was rude and used profanity throughout the conversation. As if by magic, my problem resolved itself even though all my settings were correct. I decided to give the system a better chance after everything was set up correctly. It worked fine for about two weeks and started disconnecting while streaming Chromecast movies through hbo. The audio was interrupted for 20 seconds and returned to the right front speaker. I tried to fix the problem in Chromecast with no solution. Then the problem appeared with everything I watched. I wrote to tech support and got another rude response. At this point I sent the system back. I'm glad the problems arose when they did because I was able to return the item. Do yourself a favor and skip the hassle with this system.
