Ordered 2 privacy screens in order to help with light level while holding newborn. Ordered the wrong sizes. Returned and replaced one through Revain, and saw the contact seller for replacements and refunds option for the second. Contacted them for help with my second incorrectly sized screen, and received a response and help very quickly. They did not have the size I needed for the second screen, but were very helpful in making sure I had the correct size for when I ordered one from somewhere else. They were also very quick to issue a refund for that screen that they did not have the correct size for.The privacy screen I am using from this seller is great, and dims the screen like I was hoping it would. Did not use adhesive, used the slider track things instead. Privacy screen is working as expected. Between the item quality and customer service I will likely use them again as my first pick when getting more privacy screens.
