Where have you been all my life?
Our old cat wakes us up at any time of the night. She has health problems, so she has to eat small portions. After falling into a deep sleep the last thing we wanted was to turn on the bright light in the kitchen to put food in her bowl, but we did it for love so we persevered. My husband (bless his heart) put this lamp under the cupboard where we cook their food bowl. Now when we (depending on who gets up) go into the kitchen and approach the counter, the light comes on immediately and stays on until we're done. Mission accomplished. Back to bed.
