When you need a small pocket for your phone, keys and a road bike power bar; it is a ticket. It has a plastic liner at the top to protect contents from the rain and attaches in seconds. The only downside I can see is that the velcro straps aren't very tight unless your top tube is big. This isn't a huge issue as the third attachment point wraps around the side of the stem or seatpost to prevent excessive rotation. It's not as functional on a mountain bike as I have to move a lot over hills, obstacles, etc. I come across this often, so I just keep my stuff in my backpack.
