As other reviewers have said, it's not fully waterproof, but I was in heavy rain for 15 minutes and it worked really well. Also, I didn't have the shifting issues that some reviewers have pointed out. It may have something to do with the bike's design or how it was attached. I added two velcro straps I had at home and attached them to the flip cover, but I don't feel like you should do this. .

I needed a tube top case that would fit my Motorola Turbo with Defender Otterbox cover. It works well for this and I still have room to put my keys and snack in my bag for long trips. The see-through top makes it easy to see if I get a call about "work issues". Velcro straps keep the bag in place well once secured. Doesn't move like other bags I've used.

I recently added a Profile Design Aqua Rack 2 bottle aero bottle cage and had to downgrade to a smaller saddlebag to fit my small frame (48″) road bike. I was looking for something for my garage remote, granola bar and cell phone and this was just the thing. The straps attaching to the top tube were very long and had to be cut off. If you have larger tubes than old frames, this will help. The straps that attach it to the headset were also long, but didn't need to be cut off. I put mine on the top tube of my Zizzo Campo where it meets the seatpost. It has nice long velcro straps that wrap around the large top tube and hold it in place. The two small strips of Velcro that wrap around the seatpost could have been longer for a tighter fit, but I managed to get them fairly tight.
