I like how easy it was to create an account with Ringbell. It also has great customer service support for any questions or issues you may have! Nothing at this time. We've been using Ringbell for about 5 months now and haven't had much of an issue during our trial period. They are very friendly towards new users as well. The only thing we dislike so far is their pricing structure. You can pay per month or annually, but if your business isn’t profitable enough to afford paying monthly then they will not allow you to sign up without paying upfront. So be sure to look into your budget before deciding whether or not ringbell works best for you. With Ringbell's help we were able to contact all of our clients directly through one platform rather than having multiple emails or phone numbers. This helped us save money by reducing the amount of times we needed to call each client back.
