Review on 🎨 Crayola Illuminated Tracing and Coloring Board by Jason Matthews

I think I caught a fake. Crayola sent me a replacement that looked completely different.

Actually I had to replace this one with Crayola and this one went back to their QA team. Strangely the one they sent me to replace was different than this one so I'm not sure if it's fake or something but it was TERRIBLE. At first the switch was stuck in the "OFF" position, but when I put the batteries in, the lightbulb came on. Because the switch was stuck (I mean stuck. Like it wouldn't move AT ALL. I don't even know if it could move) you couldn't turn the light off. It was just always on. Then there were these +/- buttons at the top, I have no idea what they are for because you couldn't press them. As if everything was fake. Fake buttons, fake switch. The only thing that worked was the light and I didn't want to plug and unplug the batteries every time my daughter wanted to use it. I called Crayola, they asked me to ship it back to them and they sent me a replacement, but the replacement looked COMPLETELY different. The function was the same, but there were no weird buttons on the top, and the switch was better on the back than on the top. Again, I don't know if this is fake or something, but BUYERS BEWARE. If you want a REAL, QUALITY PRODUCT go to Crayola or buy from a real store so you can see what you are buying.
