Nothing will eliminate all the heat from your pillow except for an ice pack lol. But these work pretty well in higher temperatures too. My room often gets to 79 degrees in summer with AC on. These help a lot because I’m a hot sleeper. But when it’s cold they can get REALLY cold too. Their comfortable but can get a little dingy after a few months if you have hair grease like me.
- My son asked for cooling pillows for Christmas. These are perfect to go with those! Very soft and cool!
- May not be ideal for those who prefer warmer sleeping conditions
