Broken grip and no battery life

Arrived and grip tape was broken. This makes it difficult to carry portably. Turned it on and I ran, poured some water to test and it worked. Then turned off to charge and came back after 6 hours, disconnected from the wall, it doesn't work by itself. Only when connected.

Pros
