If I could give zero stars I would! These markings are completely false advertising! I bought these markers to do a Christmas project with my 2nd grade sons. The children should paint their white china mugs with felt-tip pens and bake the mug at home so that their picture or drawing stays on the mugs forever. The mug can then be washed in hot soapy water or in the dishwasher without the hard-earned image coming off. I tried it on my mug and it just washed off after baking! If I hadn't tried it before and tried it with a course I would have had 25 sad and upset 7 and 8 year olds on my hands! It's not the best place. especially with your own child. Glad I bought oil based Sharpies markers too and it worked! I'll send these markers back ASAP and I'll get my money back! These markers are regular water based markers that will come off when a drop of water or anything else hits your artwork, be it wood, glass, rocks or in my case mugs. You can get the same thing in stores for 99 cents or a dollar a lot less! Don't waste your time and money and don't repeat my mistake. Trust me you will regret buying these markers if you want your drawing to be permanent or stay on any surface other than paper!
