We bought this a month ago and to be honest it's soft, comfy and... flimsy and torn. We are humans who trim our cats' claws regularly, and we have six different tears on our bedspread. small but still torn. The fabric is very thin, which makes it comfortable and comfortable to sleep under and even on top of, but the fabric tears very easily if something gets caught on it. Luckily it's reversible so if it gets too bad we can flip it and start a 'fresh' until it breaks again lol.
