I decided on a 2nd one. one in brown, what a disappointment! It's cheap 100% polyester, like a cheap '60s scarf, the back yoke is sewn vertically instead of horizontally, and the hem is unfinished. Look at the photos, they speak eloquently about the quality of shorties. I think QUALITY CONTROL is a thing of the past. I hope they haven't changed the fabric to blue for future buyers.
