Review on 🌿 Jade Gua Sha Tool for Face and Body - Acupuncture Therapy, Trigger Point Treatment, and Facial Slimming by Nicole Brown

This is a great set with a small bamboo fabric carrying case that fits all four Jade Gua Sha tools I have received. They are beautiful. I'm new to gouache and did another half of the face and was amazed at the reduction in puffiness on the side I was working on. It's wonderful on the back and sides of your neck as well as for stress relief and I've used it on pressure points on my brows and couldn't believe how much stress I was holding back there. I try 2 times a day - at the end of the day sitting on the couch and just massaging my face, so relaxing - if that's all I get from it - then I'm perfectly fine - but honestly it really reduces mine swollen face. Also helps with my lymphatic system but I haven't noticed anything related to it on my face/neck.
