I've been burned before by online retailers, and I can state without hesitation that my PROLOSO experience was a complete and utter failure. How do I even start this? Let's begin with their support for customers. It doesn't exist! I tried contacting them via email and phone several times but never heard back. It's as if they don't value their clientele at all. And the caliber of their wares is a whole other can of worms. The birthday party supplies and favors I purchased for my daughter appeared to be made of low-quality paper and plastic. I wouldn't be shocked if everything went wrong even before the party began. What about the activities and toys they offer? Drop the idea. All of these items are imitations of originals that are superior in some way. Their delivery services are subpar as well. It took weeks for my order to come, and when it did, half of the items weren't there! I had to frantically locate last-minute replacements. How this company can keep operating with such poor quality service and goods is beyond me. Finally, if you were considering buying something from PROLOSO, you shouldn't. Find a reliable business with helpful customer support and high-quality goods instead. PRO-NO-SO is much more accurate.
