I usually wear a size 31X32 and both my medium jogging bottoms were too big. The length was too long. However, the waist fitted correctly. The lower part where it wraps around the leg is free, everything in between is just big. I think the small size is probably too big. If it helps, I'm a 5 foot 11,175 lb young guy. They're comfortable and can keep you warm, and each pair is only $18. Good for the price - Looks good - Waist fits well If you are a tall guy or have big legs it will probably fit you better.
