Very strong crotch. It's easy to set up and then fold down, and the handle is an added bonus for moving and storing. Note, however, that this is not strictly regulated. It can be used on legs, or the legs can be folded up and used at that height. There is no final adjustment on the legs - the button they show is for fold down only. It fits perfectly under the last motorized step in our RV so it's great for this application and I've used it to get into tall closets.
