Review on Ascend Smartouch AP by Trevor Garrett

I love that it is so easy to navigate through, once you have used it for awhile its very intuitive! It takes some time to learn all of the features but they are there if needed. The customer service can be somewhat hit or miss as well - sometimes you get great support and other times not nearly as much. We use this software primarily for our accounts payable department. This allows us to easily track payments made throughout the month and helps keep up with due dates. The most important aspect of this software is that it connects to our ERP software, which makes all of our accounting processes seamless. It also has a very easy interface and is user friendly. I do not have any dislikes about my experience with Ascend so far. We are solving our accounting issues. This software has really helped us streamline our business processes. Our accounts payable department has been able to perform their jobs with less mistakes and errors.
