Review on ☕ BTaT- Insulated Coffee Mug Set of 4 - Large 16oz Double Wall Glass Cups for Coffee, Tea, and Lattes by Michael Barry

First I would like to highlight the positive aspects. i like cups I love the 16 ounce size, design and look of these mugs. I think 4 cups in a box for 40.00 is a good deal and I think the BTaT customer service is very good as they were quick to respond to my email and replaced the first cup which was cracked with no problem . And I even plan to buy more mugs from them. However, the reality is that mugs are not very durable. With 4 months of ownership, 4 of 5 glasses are cracked (replacement 4+1). At the base of the cup, they seem to be particularly vulnerable. Because they're double-walled, they look thick, but the outer wall is actually quite thin, and the base of the cups can shatter with a slight impact on a hard surface. To be honest I've read reviews from other brands. Glass mugs listed at Revain and none of them seem perfect and the experience will be about the same whichever brand you choose. So I think fragility is just the nature of glass coffee mugs like this one. And that's why I'm staying with BTaT. As I said earlier, I think they are quite different from the other options currently available on Revain. I just hope that the durability of these mugs can improve in the future.
