These lovely mugs arrived quickly and well packaged. I found my ceramic coffee and hot tea mugs to be too heavy and too hot to support with my other hand. The "video" provided by the seller (on the first page of the description) states and shows that this product is "dishwasher safe". They even went so far as to show one of the mugs being put in the dishwasher. It is definitely NOT dishwasher safe! If you look at the attached photo, you will see a small DOT to the left of the manufacturer's name (BTaT). I am very happy with my purchase (4 coffee mugs, 16 ounces each). They are very strong and durable despite being lightweight. Of course I don't drop them in the sink or on the counter because they're glass. But you don't have to be too careful either. They are durable, strong and beautiful. 09/26/2020: I bought these mugs in April 2020, so just over 5 months ago. We've been happy with them - they're delicate, but we've always treated them with TLC. Unfortunately I took one out of the dishwasher this morning and there was moisture inside the mug itself.
