Review on ☕ BTaT- Insulated Coffee Mug Set of 4 - Large 16oz Double Wall Glass Cups for Coffee, Tea, and Lattes by Deb Wilkes

The "video" provided by the seller (on the first page of the description) states and shows that this product is "dishwasher safe". They even went so far as to show one of the mugs being put in the dishwasher. It is definitely NOT dishwasher safe! If you look at the attached photo, you will see a small DOT to the left of the manufacturer's name (BTaT). This is a silicone sealant that after several washes (in the dishwasher on the TOP SHELF) dries up and literally falls out of the mug. From now on, water fills up on the cup wall with every wash. This is a problem as there is no drainage, apart from constantly dripping water onto the shelves or countertop. When I brought this to the seller's attention, I was told that "The cups are not dishwasher safe, only hand washable. This contradicts their video information. Besides, the only cure? Pay for replacement cups, the manufacturer will not replace them. Finally, their customer service is terrible. Whether you're leaving voicemail messages or emailing inquiries (via Revain), good luck getting a substantive response, if any. We bought "12" of these mugs and now that they (all) fail they just end up in the trash. Not a smart purchase! Not a "consumer friendly" seller!
