Review on ☕ BTaT- Insulated Coffee Mug Set of 4 - Large 16oz Double Wall Glass Cups for Coffee, Tea, and Lattes by Christine Gatlin

One of four cups arrived with a small crack on the bottom. I texted Lauren at BTaT and got another mug right away. No photo or return of the broken mug is required. Didn't appreciate durability as I've only been using mugs for a few days. Like any borosilicate mug, the BTaT mug goes from boiling water in the microwave to ice water with ease. Aside from hitting the glass, this should last forever. The thin pyrex disks in a thermal mug (required for proper operation) make it vulnerable to rough handling. However, I don't see anything in the design that would make a BTaT mug more prone to failure than any other branded mug. In fact, the glass seems to be a bit thicker than Bodum's for example, hence the advantage of BTaT.
