OK. Curlers are good for hair care
it's just ok. The tube is VERY hard and very difficult to sleep on. Side sleepers... good luck. I have a headache. I could have followed another person's idea in their review and removed the tube and stuffed it with something softer to make it more comfortable. my hair was still damp when i woke up and i wore it for over 10 hours. Hair ties also left the ends of my hair crooked and not straight. interesting to try but i couldn't sleep like that every night.
