The cardboard part of the holder assembles easily and looks good. The strips of plastic covering the edges are almost impossible to install and they tore the cardboard edges when I tried to drop them. The plastic slats come in two sizes: the vertical ones were difficult to install, and the horizontal ones were impossible. They are too small for the edges they are supposed to protect. I ended up with a nice pocket with torn edges that I don't expect to last a long time with frequent use. I could get a packet of U-Haul cookware to do the same thing I paid big bucks for. Definitely not worth it.
