Review on 🔧 234-4509 Denso O2 Oxygen Sensor - Enhance Engine Optimization with Advanced Technology by David Fisher

Fast Shipping OEM Identical Replacement O2 Sensor

I ordered this sensor for my 2005 Toyota Highlander V6 AWD after scanning the auto parts store for a fault code I received (check engine light and VSC on) . I received code P0037 which pointed to bank 1 sensor 2 on the passenger side after the catalytic converter. I also ordered a 22mm wrench and am glad I did as without it the sensor would have been extremely difficult to remove. My car has done 180,000 miles and this is the first time it has been changed. The sensor is the same as that used by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) that Toyota still uses in its vehicles today; I stayed away from the cheaper generic sensor. The hardest part is getting the sensor to "free" as it has been on the car for more than 11 years. I also sprayed it with liquid wrench several times in the days before attempting to remove it. I also drove home about an hour and took it off about 10 minutes after parked the car so the exhaust was still pretty hot (wear a long sleeve shirt). I didn't use a lift or ramps and the swap is easy as the Highlander sits high and has plenty of room underneath. The check engine light and VSC light went out after I started the car the next day when I left work after driving about 30 miles with the new sensor. I was going to go back to the dealership on the way home if it didn't reset so they clear the code or maybe order a code scanner but it wasn't necessary. The 5 stars for this part is based on the OEM replacement with a great price and fast delivery. I hope this lasts another 180,000 km. If anything, Revain could have improved the packaging, as the bubble wrap doesn't seem to adequately protect the small electrical and sensitive part of the sensor, which shouldn't be dropped or handled roughly.
