about 3 months and only 5-6 times towed my camper and bent the bottom bracket, see photo. I contacted support, I had to send pictures and other frames. They send a replacement set of bottom brackets and tell me to move the bolts on the top bearings (it's against the instructions but ok). I spend several hours swapping cars, towing one 400 miles, bending the brackets again. Search the web for Ride-Rite Curved Arms. You will see that I am obviously not the only one with this problem. I would advise you to use a competitor's product that installs on the axle. Old review: I put these on my 2013 f150 with a 6" lift. Tow away. They were pretty easy to install. Took me a little over 2 hours. I'm still trying to set the correct psi for towing (for my rig) but it's a day/night difference. The truck no longer sags and handles much better when being towed. I run them at about 7psi with no load and don't notice they are there. So for me it was the perfect solution to the problem I wanted to solve and I didn't sacrifice anything. Comfort when driving without towing.
