Installed on a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac (XLT, 4x4, 4.0L V6, SOHC). Installation was easy - watch tutorial videos on YouTube (most will tell you what to pull on the steering wheel) - and it's a direct replacement for the original OEM, Motorcraft and Ford buttons. The block I received has wiring for the button (these come to Ford from the supplier) but unless you want to yank at the steering wheel I recommend carefully disconnecting and using the wiring already installed (unless of course yours is not confused) - I could not understand how to pull out the old cables without much headache (mainly by pulling the steering wheel). Installation took about 45 minutes; Most of the time I was trying to figure out if I could change the wiring - in the end I didn't. If you are looking for a Ford Motorcraft OEM factory part this is it!
