Used to wash windows without removing the bars. Worked very well. Followed the directions and did the windows before the sun hit them. Well spotted dry. The only downside is that a 4-ounce pack doesn't make 40 windows. I made 14 with packs 1 and 1/2. I ordered 2 refills and was glad I did. I had to remove the bottle because I noticed there was still cleaner in it even though I removed my finger from the top opening. When dosing the cleaning agent, it is important to maintain the level in the bottle. When rinsing, there was a lot of foam on the window sill, which I had to repeatedly treat with water to get out from under the screen and window. But it worked very well, no fly screens had to be removed, the window sills were clean and the windows were dry and spotless. I highly recommend.
