Failed to load media. I bought this for a possible new laser engraving project. I used to buy expensive things designed for lasers. But since it looked very expensive, I decided to give it a try. It's not as dark as the safety glass, of course, but I think it will do a good job if you wear safety glasses. I always wear safety goggles even if I have laser protected glass. In this test I used an 8 watt laser and rubbed it on plexiglass. It bubbled a bit, but as you can see it filtered out quite a lot of rays. Under normal laser engraving conditions, you would never hit this plexiglass directly with a laser.
