Lots in stock. My daughter doesn't actually have a cradle, so I can't test this product. But every now and then she gets a spot on her head and I can't tell if those bristles are really doing anything. They are very soft, perfect for baby's head. The sponge is a bit useless since I use a washcloth. Although not a bad product
