I like that it allows me know about negative feedback or any other issue right away instead of waiting for days/weeks when an email arrives from my customers (which could be months later). Also if you have many users using this software then they can create their own filters so as soon as one user mentions something is wrong another will see what's up without having too much work done by our team! It would help us solve some problems faster since we're able fix them before anyone even knows there was anything bad happening at all! So far no complaints but maybe because i don't do enough sales online yet.
