Was really excited to try this on my 8# Yorkie who’s a runner but when it arrived you could tell it was used and returned. one of the prongs was actually broken off the device it self, all the items were out of the respective packaging rattling around. I attempted to see how my dog would respond before returning and trying again and I’m glad I did because it was far to big of a device for around her neck and the smallest one I have found with the shock feature so I wanted to see how she’d respond to the vibration/beep alone which are the only two options available on the mini model. She seemed to respond to vibrations and was deterred from bad behavior on the lower levels 2-3 indoors and 5-6 outdoors without her harness. I did end up buying the mini model and am very happy with my purchase!
