This is a good quality cable. The pairs are very precisely molded from the same plastic as the cable jacket. With a new utility knife blade I was able to shorten the cable and install the new RG-45 connector with a medium quality crimping tool. The shielded connectors on the cable have a nice detachable connector. The kit comes with about a dozen flat cable clips into which a single nail is inserted. I can't comment on the durability of the cable as it's a static installation. In terms of cost, I've never bought this type of cable, so I can't judge the cost. I have no way of measuring the bandwidth of the cable.
