I like that we can see all our data in 1 place, as well as how it compares to other companies within similar industries/sectors or even globally! It's also easy for me to navigate through my dashboard once logged into an account - which makes finding what you need so much easier than having multiple tabs open across different sites.
Sometimes there are bugs with certain features (e.g., being unable to add new pages) but this rarely lasts more then 15 minutes before they're fixed by their support team who were very quick at responding when needed. We use NetScribe primarily because its free compared to some competitors where only premium accounts have access. This has made us feel better about spending time building out content rather than trying to pay monthly fees each month just to keep up with demand from customers wanting fresh industry news & analysis every day.
