Smokey taste amazing
Haven't cleaned it yet, just started using it but so far so good, it's been fun making a fire in the indoor fireplace knowing what we're cooking First course was stuffed salmon with snow crab, cheese and baked potatoes, the smoky flavor was amazing and it was evenly cooked. If you're making a baked potato, make sure you put it in place before anything else, it takes time to bake
