Once you get the hang of it, troubleshooting LED bulbs becomes a breeze. Here's how I used it for my LED icicle lights. 1) Plug the light into an outlet and identify the section where the light is not working. 2) Use the clamps to define the section. 3) Connect the light to be repaired.
