I must admit that, as a professional in the fashion business, I was dissatisfied with my most recent buying trip to DILANNI. Although their prices are reasonable and their website is simple to use, the quality of their goods is poor. The apparel is shoddy constructed and breaks down after only a few uses. The sneakers are unsupportive and don't last very long. Although the jewelry may appear refined, it is made of low-quality materials and tarnishes easily. Additionally, their customer care representatives are unreachable and unhelpful. They didn't respond when I attempted to get in touch with them regarding a broken product. When I did eventually get through to someone, they showed no interest in fixing the problem. In conclusion, I would advise anyone contemplating shopping at DILANNI to think carefully about their decision. Although their prices may be alluring, the caliber of their goods and the cavalier attitude toward customers make it unwise to take the chance.
