In terms of construction, this keyboard is really well made. But the software that comes with the product descriptions is a disaster. It's hosted on someone's random Google Drive, it's unsigned, so a security warning will appear from Windows before installation, and if you're brave enough (or stupid?) to install it, DESPITE the fact that it is entirely in Chinese The installer will ask for the language before installing. You will get a prompt when you start with two buttons. I can't tell you what the tooltips or buttons say because they are in Chinese. Selecting the right button closes the program. Pressing the left button (probably agreeing to allow Royal Kludge my soul or something) takes you to the STILL IN CHINESE program. But there is a drop down menu to select English! The day is saved. NO. Selecting English makes the program think for a moment and then immediately crashes. When you open the program again, you will see an interface in Chinese. I contacted RK through Revain and the email they gave me. I even provided a video of the program crashing after selecting English. They repeatedly instructed me to install the same app over and over again. Which surprisingly doesn't help me. I would avoid this keyboard if I were you.
