The most helpful feature about this product has to be its ability to help manage multiple contracts at once - which can get very confusing! I also like that it's cloud-based so you don't need any additional hardware or licenses/fees. It would definitely benefit from more robust reporting capabilities in addition to being able to track spend per project vs total cost across all projects. This helps us better understand our spending as well as how we are doing compared against other agencies within similar industries when looking towards future budgets. I like the ease of use, the ability to track all the documents and the ability to link the documents to the tasks. I dislike that you cannot see the status of the document in the task. It's hard to track all the documents and contracts. It's also hard to see the status of the documents and contracts. I would like to be able to track the status of the documents and contracts.
