6 months and a bit of hair loss but it won't stay in place

She's been in place for 6 months, mostly during the warmer months and no winter. It doesn't shed much and leaves no parts on the porch, but I imagine over time it will be what you would expect. Nothing on the underside prevents it from moving across the porch, so I had to keep pushing it back to get it right in front of the front door. I don't know what solution would be suitable for a rug like this as the sticking rubber or whatever will dissipate over time but I have to think there is some kind of technology preventing the porch from sliding. .
