We needed to replace an old double salt and pepper grinder that had top handles. We are happy with it and have had it for many years. We ordered almost the same machine but chose this one because the price was right. This is a functional, beautiful coffee grinder and we hope it will last as long as our last one. The filling is simple and goes well with any decor. The only issue we could complain about is that it doesn't lend itself well to adding a pinch of salt or pepper to a pressure cooker. Moisture can clog it. This is a fantastic desktop device for the price and we recommend it.
