You can change the speed, but I used the default and it worked fine, and make sure to move your little casters.

I used this role to create letters for a fundraiser. I had 5 foot letters. Make sure you change your cutter setting which allows you to not use a cutting mat, you can change the speed but I used the default setting and it worked really well and make sure your little ones Move guide rollers properly so they hold the vinyl in place. Weeding is easy, although I cut the 5' into small pieces to ensure that when I removed the weeds and pulled out the excess vinyl, it didn't accidentally roll onto another piece and ruin it. Great product, will order more
