Review on Fintie Keyboard Case for Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e 10.5 2019: Slim Bluetooth Keyboard, 7-Color Backlit, Black by Jen Coleman

We bought two Finite Keyboard cases for our Samsung Galaxys. While we really liked how they worked, how light they were, and other features, it was their customer service that really made this company shine. I didn't have any problems in any area. My husband's case showed some cracks about a month ago and then the cracks started to fall off. He figured we just had to order a new one, but I contacted the company's support team and everything was sorted out and the new product was in his hands in less than a week. I offered to return the old one (I hate people trying to get something for free) but they said it wasn't necessary that the photos I provided were sufficient. Product performance and beauty together with immediate personal attention in a world where there are too many people, just push a button and someone will contact you - maybe - I would give the company ten stars if I could. The letters were polite and the way we were treated was kind. I would happily recommend this as one of my companies when looking for something they make.
