A month ago I would have given this product 5+ stars. Love it. Then I noticed that one side of the cord had come loose from the rubber piece. A quick tug and the OTHER side pulled out. See attached photo. It looks cool and worked well for a while, but it's bad design in the long run. You should make a loop and form elastic around the loop, not open ends. Or you could tie the ends in a knot to keep it from coming off the elastic. That's a crappy design. Unfortunately this isn't unique to Chum products - I had a set of sunglass holders for an airplane tether and the tether pulled out of the rubber tip the same way. Buddies can be very, very cool, but I don't think they really understood the rubber molding process very well. lame.
