Review on Salomon ALPHACROSS Blast CSWP Oli Boys' Shoes by Amy Mcleod

Salomon is my favorite hiking shoe. I have worn Vasque and OBOZ and they are both very good shoes but I find the Salomon to be perfect for my needs for long hikes and general comfort and design. First of all I needed comfort and I have a wide but small foot. I ordered size 5 for a boy and it fits perfectly. I usually order women's size 6-1/2 but the price was more than I was willing to pay. I have taken a chance on boys shoes and have done so in the past. At first they were a bit tight on me so I used my own shoes. the first few days on baby carriers and went on short hikes in thick socks. Now on the third day they are fine.
