Review on 🍲 T-fal Soup, Stock Pot, 8 Quart Nonstick - Dishwasher Safe, Charcoal Black by Travis Chavis

Complete junk, fake "lifetime warranty "

This pot is ultra cheap junk. How hard is it to make a decent pot? Apparently very hard on T-Fal. Assembling the lid was a challenge from the start of collecting water where the handle attaches to the lid. When the cheap plastic handle just broke, I contacted T-Fal support. The person I spoke to said he would email me with the information so I can include pictures of the problem with my reply and then he would work on replacing a cover for me. Of course, the email never arrived. Sent a message through their website detailing the product error and the fraudulent service manager. In response they told me that if I send the pan back to them at my own expense they will assess whether the damage is covered under warranty or not. Seriously, they wanted me to pay half the cost of the pot by sending it back to them. So you might consider whether their warranty would cover their extremely poor build quality. Where the original CS agent at least sounded like he didn't care about my experience, the fact that he only made worried noises and wouldn't continue to follow their ridiculous "send it back and we'll see" policy. Do not buy T-Fal products. I understand they're cheap and that's often the only thing people care about, but buy a little harder. There are many good products and manufacturers that stand behind their products in the same price range. At T-Fal you get what you pay for. Crap products backed by a useless "warranty" and ignorant customer service policies designed to encourage you to just toss your crap and buy something else. What's not to like about it? All.
