I've had pretty much every Google phone, from the original g1 to the latest Pixel 5, and this was one of, if not the, best I've had. It was a fast, beautiful screen that had a high-end feel to it when you held it in your hands, and it had a lot of cool and unique features that stayed true to Google's lineage. The radar-assisted face unlock was fast and (although it was annoying at times) the radar gestures were a lot of fun, and I hoped they would expand. The battery wasn't the best but I have a charger in the car and a small baby in my bag. The phone has never died at the wrong moment, but you have to be a little careful. A 5-10m quick charge will help you get through the rest of the night. I have a Pixel 5 and it's very similar to starting a new relationship after breaking up with a loved one, but it's not the same. It feels like a step backwards in almost every way. The battery lasts longer but I miss my 4 xl. TEAR
